Noel Thomas David Gallagher (29 de maig de 1967) és un músic de rock britànic, compositor i guitarrista principal del grup Oasis.Va néixer a Burnage, un barri obrer de Manchester, Anglaterra, fill de pares irlandesos. Va començar a tocar la guitarra als 8 anys d'edat, i a compondre als 14 anys. Al gener de 2011 es va especular sobre el album i va fer una entrevista amb un diari italià on , McDowell va dir que Noel és un dels seus herois i va donar a entendre que va participar de la fase d'enregistrament dels donem.
